Mr. Maloff previously held the position of Vice President, Products.

Mr. Maloff will retain responsibility for product development and now be further responsible for working with the executive team at GlobalTouch to develop aggressive and insightful strategies for the future. This includes in-depth market analysis, consideration of vertical industry efforts, and representing GlobalTouch at conferences and in the media.

In addition, he will also continue to report directly to Gregory Welch, Chief Executive Officer, and will act as an advisor on technical and strategic issues.
