Net neutrality continues to be a hot button issue for the communications industry. Both sides of the aisle have been pressuring the FCC for a resolution for some time. COMPTEL's Conference Session will examine the capabilities and incentives of broadband Internet service providers to, block, or charge fees for prioritized delivery of unaffiliated content and applications. The session will also address the potential effects of net neutrality regulation on innovation and competition in the market for broadband access. Experts from all sides of the debate who will discuss these issues and provide their views on potential legislative action.
