Low CAPEX

GlobalTouch Telecom’s VoIP platform offers the lowest CAPEX in the business. We invested knowledge capital and other resources into the development of our own all-in-one VoIP solution. This way it is designed to enable service providers and resellers of any stripe to roll out new products and services and access to new revenue streams.

Mindful of the unique economics of VoIP, we engineered our VoIP platform as a software solution. This was a very strategic decision. Because our platform is software-based, our customers are not tied to an expensive hardware requirement, and enjoy more flexibility and scalability at a lower cost.

This is a vital point in terms of investment because we have engineered a solution that can be deployed quickly and inexpensively with no significant outlay of capital or manpower. And once our customers’ VoIP service is up and running, it is much easier to make changes to service plans or upgrade with new features.
