The IBO is one of the most unique and important features of the GlobalTouch VoIP solution. As a web-based solution, the IBO offers distinct advantages. Our customers are 1) not tied to an expensive hardware requirement, and 2) enjoy more flexibility and scalability. And because the GlobalTouch VoIP solution uniquely comprises a "complete" VoIP solution indebted to no third-party technology, deploying new services and applications is not only quick and easy, but also low cost with no truck rolls and no finger pointing. Our VoIP platform is comprised of two GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces). It is important that we distinguish these:

The “IBO” GUI, as described above, is the behind the scenes operations facility that our reseller customers use to administrate their operations.


The “End User Control Panel” GUI is the public customer portal offering end users ("end users" meaning: our reseller customers’ customers) access to their personal VoIP account information.
