Our end user control panel GUI, depicted below, is another vital aspect of our integrated VoIP in a Box solution. As a real-life working residential VoIP business, the end user GUI facilitates white labeling and other customer support aspects of our ASP VoIP offering. This is literally where our VoIP profit equation comes into play. We aid you in logoing the pages of the end user GUI and all you need to do is sell the service and collect the revenues.
Graphical User Interface (GUI)
Once your GUI is customized with your brand, your end user customers sign up for the VoIP services you offer, pick their own telephone number (DIDs) from banks of local numbers from virtually anywhere in the US, Canada, the UK and other international markets. They can also “port” their current telephone number using our local number portability service. The GUI also offers end users' access to a complete set of “Class 5” features (call waiting, call holding, 3-way calling) as well as voicemail to email and instant messaging notification, T-38 Fax compatibility, an available Softphone with USB handsets and Call Blast, our "find me, follow me" feature and more. All silently powered by the GlobalTouch VoIP platform running behind the scenes.

Our VoIP platform is comprised of two GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces). It is important that we distinguish these:
The “IBO” GUI, as described above, is the behind the scenes operations facility that our reseller customers use to administrate their operations.
The “End User Control Panel” GUI is the public customer portal offering end users ("end users" meaning: our reseller customers’ customers) access to their personal VoIP account information.
